Aran Islands Camping and Glamping is situated on Inis Mór, the largest of the three Aran Islands in the mouth of Galway Bay, on the Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland.
It offers two types of Glamping accommodation. The larger Tigín Glamping Unit which sleeps up to six people, and the original Clochán Glamping Unit which sleeps up to four people.
Aran Islands Camping and Glamping is an ideal destination for a short break and is located right in the centre of the Wild Atlantic Way. If you are looking for an affordable way to stay on the Aran Islands, camping on Inis Mor could be for you!
There are 3 organic grass fields where tents can be pitched, all surrounded by a handmade rock wall which gives it an elegant but secure feeling. Two entranceways lead to the campsite, and just outside, there is access to the beach. In addition to the glamping pods already mentioned, there are several communal facilities.
A newly finished shower block with men’s and women’s shower rooms has been designed with the environment in mind, and a laundry room is available for anyone who needs to wash or dry clothes after spending time exploring the great outdoors. The campsite kitchen should also not be forgotten. It is fully equipped with cookers, cutlery, dishes, kettles, and pots and pans, allowing self-catering guests to cook up their own meals if they so wish. A social room is also available for guest’s use.
